Dark Matter eLiquid
Enjoy the wonderful flavor of our latest VapeSafe eLiquid - Dark Matter.
Dark Matter tastes like German chocolate cake. For those of you who have not had the fortunate to try a piece German chocolate cake recently, this is a great way to experience the flavor without getting any of the calories. German chocolate cake is a layered cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting. Traditionally sweet baking chocolate is used for the chocolate flavor in the actual cake. The robust filling and topping is a caramel made with egg yolks and evaporated milk. Once the caramel is cooked, coconut and pecans are stirred into the mixture. Finally, rich chocolate frosting is spread around the sides of the cake to hold in the filling.
Dark Matter eLiquid by VapeSafe captures the essence of German chocolate cake. Dark Matter eLiquid delivers plumes of vapor and rich chocolatey flavor that you'll want to enjoy again and again. Try Dark Matter today!

Description
Goldy Schulz is thrilled to be catering a holiday breakfast feast for the staff of the Aspen Meadow Library. But little does she know that on the menu is a large helping of murder. While setting up at the library, Goldy spots a woman lurking in the stacks who bears a striking resemblance to Sandee Brisbane—the Sandee Brisbane who killed Goldy's ex-husband, the Jerk. But Sandee is supposed to be dead . . . or so everyone believes.
Goldy's suspicions mount when the body of Drew Wellington, a former district attorney, is found in a corner of the library, with a map worth thousands of dollars stashed in his clothing. Goldy is convinced that Sandee, a confessed felon, is involved. But the holiday madness is only just beginning for Goldy. Soon she's drawn into the dangerous, double-crossing world of high-end map dealing. And like the ghost of Christmas past, Sandee keeps making an appearance. Could she be out to prove that revenge is oh-so-sweet?

Summary: "Disappointment"
I have read several books in this series and this is the worst. No one cares about maps. No one wants to read pages of explanation as the ending of a book and whose 16 yr.old kid acts like Arch does in this book? " Mom, watch me as I snowboard down the hill." Goldy is becoming more unbelievable in her involvements in the mysteries. I am tired of this author at this point. It started out so good. You shouldn't keep writing if you don't care anymore.

Summary: "Are we seeing ghosts here?"
Time for the fourteenth book in this series that follows the misadventures of Goldy the Caterer in a little town just west of Denver. In this one, Goldy is about to hit the Holiday rush when she also runs into someone that appears to be a ghost from the past. While driving to a catering assignment, Goldy sees a woman who reminds her greatly of Sandee Brisbane, the woman who killed Goldy's ex-husband and then fled into a raging forest fire to be, presumably, consumed by it. Was it really her? To make matters more interesting, Goldy is donating books at the local library when a murder occurs there. Was that the Sandee ghost lurking about at the time of the murder?
As Goldy goes about the Holiday catering rush, she is also assaulted by the murder in the library and the other bodies that start showing up. The police department, and her husband, are investigating, but Goldy takes the lead on all of this and tries to figure out who did what, to whom, when, and how did the ancient maps fit into all of this. Of course, all of this is done with the normal distractions offered by her teenage son and his activities and all of Goldy's friends and church associations.
Like all of the Goldy books, there are recipes galore and some of the fun is in reading the descriptions that the author provides of the cooking. Unfortunately, this book is not one of the better ones in this series. I have two main complaints:
1. The plot is overly convoluted. While I picked up on who the murderer is quite early on, I was not sure why the crime was committed until the end of the book. When it was finally revealed, I was quite disappointed as the whole chain was quite prepostorous.
2. Another ghost in this book is Goldy's murdered ex-husband. The man was a huge presence in all the previous volumes, but he was killed off in the last one. So, let him go already. There was very little reason for all the reminisces of who he was, how he acted, and why Goldy and he were "exes". It is time to move beyond this character.
If you have not previously read one of the books in this series, then you will likely not enjoy it very much as some of the material does not make sense unless you know the history. If you are a fan of the series, then this book will fill the gap - but again, it is not one of the best.

Summary: "Quite slow and boring"
This book is very slow and boring. If you want fast paced, don't choose this one. Half of the writing thoughout the book which is just extra random details could be eliminated and it wouldn't be missed. This book is just really slow and not very entertaining, unfortuantely.
